Hello Venus’s Nara Confirmed To Appear In New Drama With Yoon Shi Yoon And Lee Yoo Young


Hello Venus member and actress Nara has been confirmed for a new drama!
Nara will appear in SBS’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “Dear Judge” (working title) and will be joining Lee Yoo Young and Yoon Shi Yoonas the newest member of the cast.Dear Judge” will be a legal drama that shows the difference between justice in a courtroom and the people’s definition of justice.
Yoon Shi Yoon will be playing the role of twin brothers and judges Han Soo Ho and Han Kang Ho, while Lee Yoo Young will portray a student in the Judicial Research and Training Institute.
Nara will appear as an announcer named Joo Eun Yeok who’s just starting to become more experienced at her job. She is also Han Soo Ho’s girlfriend who gets to know Han Kang Ho.
Nara made her debut as an actress by appearing as a prosecutor in SBS’s “Suspicious Partner.” She most recently portrayed a movie actress in tvN’s “My Ahjussi.”
A source from the drama said, “Nara debuted as an actress through an SBS drama and decided to appear in ‘Dear Judge’ as she establishes herself as an idol-actress. Please look forward to Nara who will show more mature acting than before.”
“Dear Judge” will premiere sometime in July.

BTS Earns Their Highest Rankings Yet On Official U.K. Albums And Singles Charts


On May 25 local time, both the Official Singles Chart and Official Albums Chart were released for the week of May 25 to May 31.
BTS’s new album “Love Yourself: Tear” has entered the Official Albums Chart in the Top 10! It grabbed the No. 8 spot on the chart. The group’s previous highest ranking on the chart was No. 14 with their mini album “Love Yourself: Her.”
The Official Albums Chart ranks the Top 100 biggest albums of the week in the United Kingdom, based on CD sales, downloads, vinyl, and weighted audio streams. BTS became the first Korean artist to enter the chart in the United Kingdom with “WINGS” back in 2016.

BTS has also set a new record for K-pop groups on the Official Singles Chart! Their title track “Fake Love” has entered the chart at No. 42, beating the previous record of No. 46 that they set with the remix of “MIC Drop” last year.
The Official Singles Chart shows the most popular songs in the United Kingdom, and it ranks tracks based on official sales of downloads, CDs, vinyl, and audio streams. The record for highest ranking on the chart by a Korean artist is held by PSY’s “Gangnam Style” which came in No. 1.
